A dedicated Files Downloader help page is now available, along with a complete setup and user guide to assist users at every step.
2) Download Files from Salesforce Reports #
Users can now download files and attachments directly from Salesforce reports, enabling easier bulk file extraction.
3) Download Files from Chatter #
Files and attachments shared in Salesforce Chatter can now be downloaded through the app.
4) CSV File Generation for Downloads #
A CSV file is automatically generated based on the files being downloaded, supporting reporting and audit needs.
5) EmailMessage Attachment Support #
Attachments related to EmailMessage records are now fully supported within the app.
Enhancements #
1) Single-List UI for Account Records #
The Account record selection now uses a single-list UI, making navigation simpler and more intuitive.
- Improved Trial & Expired Warnings
Trial and expiration warning messages have been updated for better clarity and visibility.
2) Enhanced CSV Mapping Details #
The CSV mapping now includes:
- Case Number column (when a Case is involved)
- PrimaryParentId
- PrimaryParentName
These enhancements provide better context during Salesforce bulk file downloads.
